CROWN MEADOWS WINERY
Crown Meadows Winery is a family-owned winery and event center in Washington state’s lush Columbia River Region, The venue features contemporary architechture and both modern and traditional Spanish influence, Describing their brand as classic, edgy and adventurous, Crown Meadows needed to realign their branding to reflect the passion and fun-loving spirit of the new generation of wine drinkers they attract.
In addition to a new logo, they requested a brand guide and a fresh look for their labeling. I founded the new visual image by fusing the energy of modern art with the serene backdrop of the progressive Pacific Northwest . Rich blues and greens of the local Columbia River Valley teroir ground the edgy art imagery inspired by the bright new patrons of this winery, and the adventures they seek discovering new vintages to complement their culinary experience. Clean and modern lettering balances the verve of modern Spanish art. Black anchors and unifies the color scheme, both in labeling and on print materials, while the light aqua and golden tones bring a wink of vibrant freshness. These components are brought together in a synchrony that reflects the thoughtful, artisanal approach Crown Meadows takes to cultivating the remarkable vintages.
